We had a good experience here today. They were out of an item but politely offered to exhange for an alternative. Not only that, but the manager went the extra mile, brought the food to our table, straws, and ketchup, and offered to help further. Now that is some impressive customer service I did not expect at a McDonald's!

I ordered on DoorDash and my order was late and my cheeseburger was missing the pickles like how do forget to put the pickles on the cheeseburger when pickles go a burger to begin with.
