My experience here today was good. The dude behind the till waited patiently while I realized I had no wallet and while my sister figured out her phone tap thing... A manager was also called to fix a coupon. I got more then two packs of ketchup. I can't wait till this charge for bags is gone and we don't have to ask for everything like we're 5 year olds. McDonald's use to be a family restaurant where you could bring your kids to play. The homeless is taking over leaving drive...read full review

According to my receipt, I ordered food at 8:52 pm. I received my order at 9:14 according to the time in my truck. That's 22 minutes. Of course my fries were cold. There were only 3 cars ahead of me when I ordered, and I ordered popular menu items. I don't want to blame the employees as I think the place was understaffed, and they were very nice. But a 22 minute wait for fast food that came to me cold is disappointing ☹️
