It pains me to change my review from 5stars to 1star. It truly shows how good managment can elevate the staff. This place use to be my go to McDonald's now its always trash. Cold fries, no syrup in the coke, remnants of onions on a burger ordered without them. Won't answer the phone. I'd rather go to Forest lawn, and that says something.
Got chicken nuggets and they forgot my sauce. This is not the only time that things have been messed up, it is a consistent basis that I come to this place and things are wrong.

They always make you pull forward to wait so they can make their drive through times look better then you end up waiting twice as long for your food ie 7 mins for was should only be about 2 to 3 minutes id give a 0 if I could as this happens 9 times out of 10 for both McDonald's in this area

The night staff doesn't help the people in the dining room at all I was waiting over 45 minutes just to pay for my order when they looked at me many time and didn't care that I was there
My experience here today was good. The dude behind the till waited patiently while I realized I had no wallet and while my sister figured out her phone tap thing... A manager was also called to fix a coupon. I got more then two packs of ketchup. I can't wait till this charge for bags is gone and we don't have to ask for everything like we're 5 year olds. McDonald's use to be a family restaurant where you could bring your kids to play. The homeless is taking over leaving drive threw and places like door dash n skip the better options. As their outside. In the bathrooms n lobby's shooting up

I was homeless and very very hungry and cold I was living out of my truck I was trying to get free meal and it wasn't going well and when the staff want to go get the manager the very kind and very beautiful woman managing recognized I was starving and just needed some food and some compassion. She glanced in my direction and told the staff to give me whatever I had asked for and it was okay she didn't embarrass me didn't come over and talk to me make a thing about it she just smiled at me and fed me and gave me something warmed to drink when I really really needed it and showed her true colors to be very very bright. I don't know your name, and you probably don't remember me as we never spoke. I would just like to say thank you if you ever read this, and it's been over a year now, and I still think about that moment and just what that smile and the humanity that you showed me. I am still so impressed the way you handled that situation with an abundance of tact , class, poise, and grace. Thank you. I am forever grateful to you.Parking: Has the appropriate amount of parking spotsKid-friendliness: They serve meals just for kids that make them happy they're called Happy Meals I'm not sure if you can get one as an adult but I know that kids can order one and if a kid thanks for getting a Happy Meal they'll clean the room they will lose the attitude variable do their chores they will stop making a scene in public if they think they're going to get a Happy Meal out of it it's crazy the power of a Happy Meal which is true to its name making everybody happyWheelchair accessibility: No problems getting in and out of the building in a wheelchair it's not even any stairs it's great

My daughter and I Went through the drive through about 4:30 pm on March 27th. We ordered a BLT Quarter pound meal super size , a BLT Quarter Pounder and a Cadbury egg flurry.I wish I could show you pictures as we received half a tomato, A spindley pickle and the smallest piece of lettuce, no mayo. My mc flurry wasn't even mixed. What a disappointment ? this was to be my special dinner since being released from hospital. The fries were hot !

The person on the week at around 5pm, in charge was rude and screaming at us, because they made a mistake in our order and they insisted it was us, even though the description on the bill was as we ordered. Rude and disrespectful yesterday team, at this location.
