Went to McDonald’s at night. Placed a big order. When I got to the first window the girl recited the order and proceeded to charge us. We get to the second window, they inform us that they cancelled the order as according to them we drove through without paying. They then ask us to pull up our credit card statement while vehicles are lining up behind us. Based on all of the reviews that I have read relating to this location. This is the worst McDonald's in the world. I ordered 3 fountain drinks which shouldn't take long while they are not busy at all. I waited for 7 minutes and try to cancel the order in the McDonald's app. But it wouldn't allowed me saying the order is already in the kitchen. So I waited another 6 minutes and watch all the staffs chatting and finally heard someone call 3 fountain drinks. And I waited another 6 minutes and went asked a staff. 3 more minutes later I got my drinks....read full review
if i could give 0 stars for everything i would they always get the order wrong and they never answer the phone it always goes to voicemail no matter what day it is i have called and called because i placed orders but they do not answer the phone and they always get the order WRONG. would not recommend to order from here.
