Went to McDonald’s at night. Placed a big order. When I got to the first window the girl recited the order and proceeded to charge us. We get to the second window, they inform us that they cancelled the order as according to them we drove through without paying. They then ask us to pull up our credit card statement while vehicles are lining up behind us. Based on all of the reviews that I have read relating to this location. There is one common denominator- Poor Customer Service. Accusing the customer of trying to rip them off is not the answer. Management should seriously consider re training their staff or hiring different staff.
