Went through the drive thru ordered my food when I got it the chicken nuggets and fries all in the bag not in the containers like they were thrown in the bag my cheese burgers were flattened not sure what's going on with this McDonald's but getting worse each time I go
This poor drive through staff was not peppered for a night shift! I understand it is hard to staff and cover call outs! So I wanted to give a shout out to the lady doing drive thru and the manager supporting her in the restaurant! Well done but staff

There have been multiple times they got a simple order wrong. The waiting time is horrible. One time I waited over 20 minutes for 1 cup of coffee. Turns out all the cashiers were having too much fun to serve the customers. It is in fact the one McDonald's in Calgary.I will not recommend.
