So I’ve been going here for the past 4 years now, and this location really feels like it’s going downhill.1) the whole no more drink lids, ketchup station, thing is a joke! Was bad enough when they brought out the paper straws, now you don’t even get that!2) the place is too busy half the time to try and enter. Nothing particularly wrong except it's Christmas Eve and the manager is standing over this poor girl telling her to hand scrub the floors because he can see a little dirt. I'm sorry, if it really bothers you that much, do it yourself, give the girl a break she makes minimum

Went in and forgot to put no mustard on my burger. I went in to see if they could exchange in and they in fact did!!. She told me I could keep the other burger to. Great people and awesome manager. No questions asked just got me another burger. Appreciate the kindness from the worker that was working upfront today.
