The workers in here all deserve a raise for working at this location. You have snappy tourists and business people treating them badly on top of the fact that they must deal with the mess and danger of the homeless addicts who hang out around here. My order is always correct and fast. Thank you!
Used to work here but i guess daytime shift went downhill, bathroom not open even on week days? Watched a poor dad have to take his kid to the bar across the street.People on till aren’t trained well; cause i have a coupon it can’t upgrade my fries? Yes… yes you can its just extra.Food service is slower than ever for simple things like drinks. Let me start by saying, I absolutely love their burgers. However, make sure that you don't add any customization. They blatantly ignore your addons/customization. Ordered a double quarter pounder with an extra meat patty and without pickles via uber eats. Guess what! No extra patty, and WITH pickles. They sure know how to make burgers and they sure know how to ruin those great burgers by ignoring the customers entirely.
