I know the new bylaw in Calgary must be a pain.And it is super annoying to pay for a bagI get that is all the city’s faultBut when you ask for basic like straws and napkins then you should get them. Used drive thru as we were in a rush. It was lunch time and get they are busy….. BUT when you are asked to park and wait the least they should do is make sure they get the order correct. If not it means going into the restaurant AFTER waiting (should just go in).
I have an extremely difficult time pulling through the drive-thru on early mornings on the way to work. The service and menu knowledge is SUBPAR by a long shot. I like to grab coffee and a small bite to eat on the run. However now at this location I only get a coffee for fear of what I might be served as opposed to what I ordered. This issue is ongoing. I will continue to get coffee in the morning. I will just avoid food since I never know what I'll truly pay for or get.

I went in at 10:10 March 19 and the cashier did not inform me that my coupon didn’t work until after I was charged the full amount. I would not have gone if not for the coupon. They also ignored my onion substitution and failed to include a receipt in the bag so I could even get the matter sorted.
