Excellent place...warm friendly staff, efficient service. This is our 'go to' place!! We take our friends and family here all the time, because great food and service is guaranteed.
Stopped in for brunch while running errands in Okotoks. I had the chicken and waffles, and my wife had a burger. The food was well prepared and the service was great. The servings are ample. We both had left overs. The restaurant felt quaint with a nice fireplace and comfortable booths. The male bathroom could use a little attention, and they really should replace the missing ceiling tile.
Customer service is bar none. Your coffee cup is refilled right away. All of the staff care about you as a customer not just the staff member assigned to your table. This restaurant stands apart from any other. Josephine remembers your order even when you haven't been in to the restaurant in a while. I can't ay enough about how great this Ricky's is.
