The woman at the drive thru window at 10:30am on Wednesday was so kind to leave a birthday message to my son on his special birthday drink. I think he enjoyed that more then any present he received. You really made his day!! Thank you, your small gesture made a huge impact.
Waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee today at noon, with no apology for the wait. Cant fathom why they couldn't just put coffee in a cup, add a splash of milk and send me on my way - it wasn't a fancy drink.

Very busy. The girl who took my order was very friendly; while the one who made my drink left much to be desired. At least the latte was good. The tables were sticky and messy. Definitely needs a tidy up after busy times. :/
