I have gotten a tea for work for most days over the last year and had to stop because of the inconsistent quality. I went a picked up a tea today, nothing fancy just earl grey with 1 milk and 1 sugar, and l find the quality hasn't changed. It tastes horrendous, like it was made with old coffee pot water and it drowns out any other flavor to the point of it being undrinkable.
Erynn is absolutely wonderful, knew what I wanted right when I walked in. So sweet and kind. Always greets me with a smile which brightens my day (especially before my morning coffee!)

The wrap tasted fine, but your staff at the window clearly didn’t want to be there yesterday! A female employee who took the money and then a male who handed over the food both scowled the entire time and there wasn’t even a problem! THIS is why we would rather drive a little further to another location. Not very good for business I’m sure.
