Decent food good coffee. Service is lack luster as of late. Long wait times leading to long line ups. Menu changes too many times and some favorites disappear. Pizza really? McDonald's tried that 30 some odd years ago and it did not last. What are they thinking with pizza places
Just went through the Drive-thru and the lady working the speaker was so incredible nice and funny. I had a big order with a box of coffee, 1 dozen donuts and 3 drinks and the whole time she was making conversation and being very positive. I wish i got her name but i just didn't think to ask. she told me she worked there for 12 years which is awesome but it definitely shows because her customer service skills is 10/10. Amazing service all around!
