“It was dinner for 3. Waiting for an uncle who was admitted in the hospital. The staff are friendly and helpful. We waited not too long for our food and drinks.
Washroom, napkin, and seasoning is available.
It is spacious, tidy and neat.“

“I have been here quite a bit in the last few months and have noticed that the service is always on point. properly packaged, Not slapped together and thrown in a box like most other places. Services is certainly above average and the best in town by long shot. Order is always correct, quality is good and consistently good which matters. Don’t see that too often anymore. “Went thru the drive thru one night and told them I wanted a burger combo and to just surprise me with their choice. Was really good, friendly and fast.
They gave me some sort of poutine that had cheese, bacon, on the fries and it came with sour cream on the side, I never would have willingly bought it on my own. So I’m happy they put that in because it tasted amazing and will definitely order that again. All in all everything tasted great and was hot and fresh“

“Good place, unfortunately self service kiosks didn't work properly, i was unable to confirm some dishes, a problem with touch screen!? So, i placed the order using application on my phone. Everything was prepared quickly and kids like toys from happy meal.“

“Great food and prices. I had the Fun guy burger and my wife had the K&W special burger. She finished before me!

I gave the atmosphere a low rating because of the roaring fan for the inflatable wavy arm attention getting thing. You couldn't have a conversation outside at the nice picnic tables.

Also the operation time is incorrect on Google maps. It said K&W opens at 3pm on Sat. Clearly it was open at noon.“

“We stop at this location regularly on our way to and from our weekend spot. The service is always fantastic, the ladies are always happy and the food is always fresh and timely! This location has literally never disappointed my family. We are a family of five, the kids have complicated orders, and they have never gotten it wrong! Last time we hardly had to wait for our order for seven of us and they gifted us free turnovers as a token of their appreciation for our patience. This was really unnecessary because I expected to wait a little bit for our order for seven people But the gesture was greatly appreciated by myself and the kids! Highly recommend this location, give this team some love!“

“We ate at Grouchy’s tonight with my in laws! Two days before Christmas. Hands down the best server we have had in our life. Faith!! She brought out a binder to my Celiac Mother in Law to show her any foods that may be a gluten risk. When I asked for two menus to take home with me so my grandkids could play “waiter and waitress” she made it happen! Food was AMAZING!!!!!! You have to try their Mushroom Soup and Beef Dip!! Honestly all their food is fantastic. So blessed for this local restaurant and Faith deserves a raise!! Merry Christmas! 💞🎄“

“This Dairy Queen goes above and beyond with great staff, especially the servers who always take my order with a smile and great manners One especially good server Leah has taken the time to talk with customers and she always knows my order without being told, she’s great at her job me and my family love her. I live out of town and drive to didsbury to go to this establishment they are quick to be ready and there’s never a long line and the food is amazing, definitely the best fast food in town.❤️ Keep it up!!“
