The Pit offers marvellous food with excellent portion sizing. The Pulled Chicken sandwich, "love me tender" chicken sandwich, and breakfast are highlights, with generous plates and good value. The brisket is to die for, and the burnt ends are a must-try. The regular size poutine is absolutely delicious and filling. While the regular menu can be heavy and greasy, the food is generally great, and the service is top-notch. The beer choices, including stout, are delicious. The atmosphere is nice and comfy, the restaurant is clean and well decorated, and the staff is really nice. The Pit is a great spot for any meal.
