On my way home from a hockey game and tried to order sushi at 7:20. Told me I couldn’t because they were closing at 8:00 but I could take some “freshly” made prepackaged stuff from the cooler. The avocado was brown and there were rolls that I didn’t like in the package.
I ordered and the food was literally ice cold still in the middle like they just warmed up an old dish. I came back for a refund not even 5 minutes later and the manager already left and was nowhere to be seen so they refused to give me my refund as well and still gave me a second just as bad
