Four times my order was messed up, four times I’ve had to throw out my order and that’s about $17 of money wasted. Frozen lemonade that was pure frozen sugar water and my iced cap with espresso shot (which I pay extra for) was not included. I’d rather use the one near Walmart, they are more consistent. In our current economic situation wasted money is super frustrating!
Never written a review before, but so disappointed with Tim’s on the west side of Olds AB. People Need to know what to expect. Wrote this after two recent visits, giving them the benefit of doubt after the first visit. Both were drive through.
If you like really rude people taking your orders (not one person but two), then this is the place for you.

I ordered, was RUSHED THROUGH. constantly. I had a sandwich missing, one of my sandwiches was extremely burnt. I asked them to remake the burnt sandwich, I was given a cold bagel, barely toasted. I just wanted warm breakfast. They forgot one of my drinks as well. The croissant was not even put together as a sandwich. EXTREMELY disappointed that this is how my moving day started. I know about your drive through times, stop rushing me. I am a customer. Very sad
