Super disappointed, seen the advertisement for the free kids pack on Halloween, so headed on over to A&W. Waited in line for 45 minutes just to be told they don't have anymore for the drive thru and are only doing the inside customers. They wasted our time and everyone else's time waiting in the drive thru. Next time be more prepared or don't be bothered to do it at all.

I usually never have a problem going to ponoka's location, but come on, do better A&W. Not only are you not staffing properly, but you're having one staff member running drive thru and front. All I ordered was two drinks. I was told it wouldn't take that long, but there was a wait. I'm fine with that but the customers inside got their drinks before I did. I also ordered before them. We all got the same drinks.took almost 20 minutes to get them

Hot food, ordered a chubby chicken burger at 10:30 in the morning and it only took 5 minutes and it was hot and fresh. Friendly staff, one of the best A&w experiences I've had.

Friendly and fast service, freshly cooked and tasty breakfast. The main issue I had is that the entire restaurant smelled like body odour, like to a weird extent. I've been to Magic: the Gathering tournaments that didn't smell so much
