We stopped at the drive thru to get 2 burgers, when we got the order there was only one. We tried to get the server’s attention and they ignored us. We had to go through the line again to get the burger. The server definitely needed some training on customer service. I realize mistakes can happen but this was very uncomfortable for me.

Stopped for a quick bite. Easy access of highway 2. It was busy but staff were quick on the job. I thinking parking would be a bit of a challenge if the hotel was full and it was peak hours for the restaurant.

What can I say about the Claresholm A&W? I'm there at least 10 times a year and like those old comfortable jeans, this location (like most) doesn't disappoint. Always the same great food, fresh and tasty. This is the only place I will eat fast food because it's delicious and relatively healthy.

Absolutely unacceptable food handling. Staff were not wearing gloves the entire time. She touched our burger, the tongs, containers, the oil spray bottle — and then raw eggs — without gloves or washing her hands in between. That is a serious cross-contamination and food safety issue. We will not be returning until proper hygiene and handling practices are followed.

We just stopped by to grab food for the road. I ordered sweet potato fries and my partner had regular fries. Both soggy and cold. This is usually my to go to food at A&W, but myself nor my partner didn't even eat them. We didn't have time to turn back to get them to change for new ones. I don't normally leave comments, but I thought you should be aware.
