Tried to come here for a fast bite while daughter’s team was in town for basketball and owner literally trained his new employee step by step using our order to train him. Food took FOREVER! Tables were dirty, floor not cleaned.

Last night we ordered 6 donairs, and in the next number of hours, everyone got severe food poisoning. We have been customers here for years so this was a real shock and dissapointment. I dont know if it was bad meat, or they didn't check the dates on produce, but we are all very sick because of them. The food is good, but not worth how bad the food poisioning is.

Should have left this years ago. Service is always prompt and friendly. When something is wrong they fix and don't ask questions. Food is always hot and tasty when I get it. Best pizza in town!

Just got my order. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza, and a donair.Pizza looks great but the medium donair looks like a sloppy mess and not a medium donair, Just fell apart when I opened the wrapper .

I have eaten from Cosmic the last year i have been in Ponoka it's by far one of the best pizza joints in town.
I would highly recommend trying them out extremely affordable and they have all the topping you could ask for.
Order any size pizza and you can build it your own with no extra fees per topping.
My all time fav is:
Large - Pepperoni, Ham, Green Peppers, Pinapple, Black Olives
This pizza will blow your mind i hope you enjoy, if you try it leave like!

Ordered pizzas from here last weekend for the first time. They were so freaking good! We got the special deal of 2 pizzas, wings & a 2L pop, and it was pretty good value for the money, compared to some places. Simple Hawaiian & veggie pizzas hit the spot. We will definitely order from here again.

Ordered pizza & wings from here and when I got home the wings were pretty much inedible they were supposed to be hot wings but tasted like pure salt. Called and left a message but they didn't return my call.

I went to buy a Donair wrap on my lunch break at Cosmic Pizza. I asked how long it would take, and was misled and told it would take 15min and it ended up taking 35 minutes. I quickly ate it as I was in an hurry and it actually tasted quite nice. After about 3.5hrs, I suffered food poisoning, kept having a runny tummy. A colleague suggested I drink ginger ale or coke to stop the runs.I called and spoke to a worker called Jason who was extremely rude, shouting and screaming at me claiming I was lying and there was no way I would get food poisoning for a donair wrap. I was really upset and offended because he was implying I was lying. I asked for his name (Jason) and also asked to speak with the manager who came to the phone.The manager was ever so nice and polite, he asked what I wanted or how he could resolve the issue but I told him I didn’t want anything in return and just wanted them to rectify the issue because the donairs were actually quite tasty! I told him I had no reason to lie and was only giving feedback but Jason’s behaviour stunk!! For that reason, unfortunately I don’t think I will be going back there. Staff definitely need training for such rudeness and bad customer care!
