I called 30 minutes ahead to place my order they said it would be ready when I arrived. When I got there they told me it was ready and proceeded to do 3 other orders before mine. I sat there another 20 minutes waiting and when I finally got my food and went home I opened the box of chicken that was half cooked the batter was soggy and still doughy. I had to finish cooking it my self. I would not recommend eating at this kfc to anyone and I will never go back. This is the 3rd time this has happened but by far the worst experience yet. DO NOT GO TO GJIS LOCATION!!!!

Haven't been to KFC in 20 years. Thought we'd give it a try.... waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Watched at least 5 to 6 cars go through the drive thru and 4 other people who walked in for their takeout orders come and go. What a joke.

As a big KFC fan, I have visited many KFCs around the globe and have even visited Colonel Sanders Grave in Louisville, Kentucky. After experiencing the abysmal, pathetic excuse for service I think the Colonal would be turning in said grave.
The sheer confusion of ordering a boneless bucket (a KFC classic) and being told I was in for a long wait by a woman who seemed inconvenienced I'd pulled up to the drive through in the first place, I decided to go in and cancel my order.
When walking in, the penny dropped. The cast of the hills have eyes were stood around the deep fat fryer. I cancelled my order and pledged to never return.
Although leaving empty handed, I was served one of the worst attitudes I've ever experienced.
If I ever return to Louisville, I will lay a single rose for every Ponoka resident that has to deal with this appalling establishment.

I waited over 40 minutes for my order which was chicken strips 6 pieces and a slider meal. I went in and asked how much longer as I was waiting in my vehicle coming on 25 minutes. The cook was very rude and goes off on me that she has 1 cook, I wanted to ask how long does it take to cook strips but she kept cutting me off. I got my meal after 40 minutes and helped myself to my bottle of water and them the same lady then accused me taking the water. I had my receipt. Terrible service.

The service was slow the chicken was soggy, the gravy was tasteless and I requested no wings in my bucket and they put them in anyways and hid them at the bottom so I wouldn't know until I got home. I was also unable to pick the side I wanted. For the high price of this food I expect much better quality.

The food was so undercooked and the workers denied it and they made me wait 30 minutes for popcorn chicken and it was filled half way it made me waste so much time I do not recommend this location it sucks
