Always good food and usually good service, one of our fav places to eat in Ponoka. Had a bad experience though this past week, food not as represented on the menu and the waitress refused to correct it. Just saying, it may be awhile before we go back.

Service and food is great, with a comfortable atmosphere. From reserving and pre-setting the table to making sure my steak was done just the way I like it, the attention to details was appreciated. Kiri was a fantastic server, kind, friendly, and prompt. The cut of meat served was done perfectly for all our meals, whether it was AAA steak, prawns, or fish. Very impressive. We may have even caught a glimpse of local TV royalty as well. What a fantastic experience! We’ll be back!

The food is always awesome but the service is brutal. The one waitress who is a young woman with light brown hair has no customer service skills and is extremely rude. She’s awful and she is the reason I do not go there.
Stopped in for lunch on the way home from a family road trip across the province. Incredibly friendly service. Very short time from ordering to food arriving. The Longhorn burger is amazing and the fries are fantastic! Well worth the detour.

We had a wonderful meal. It was the special of the night, wings and ribs. Our waitress was amazing, friendly, helpful and very attentive. And to top off the night we had the “in house”crème brûlée, absolutely delicious. We will definitely make the trip back.

The food here is pretty good, I’d go again for the food. However, the service was subpar. It took very long for anyone to come see me and compared to restaurants I went to that week, the service fell way short. The atmosphere was also a bit weird. While I was eating my meal, people were playing slots which made for a weird atmosphere.
