Staff doesn't know how to prioritize orders. Clears the screen to make themselves look efficient, but waited over 5 minutes for only a Big Mac because they were more concerned about delivery orders. The person in the back making burgers was super efficient, too bad the front end can't work half as productively. Didn't give us a correct receipt to complete the survey. All around this location failed basic expectations. Will wait until Red Deer or Edmonton next time.

Friendly staff, and I have never given a wrong order. I would rate higher but sometimes it is very slow service including the drive thru. I wouldn't risk the drive thru if your in too much of a rush, might get stuck in it sometimes for 5 to 10 minutes.

I always get the friendly cashier's so I am biased. I prefer ordering inside and they are quick and friendly. I don't use the drive through but it seems well populated so they must be doing things right.

Everytime you come here at night time, they say that their system is closed now and you have to wait 30 minutes. Don’t know why it happens everytime or the staff is just lazy to take orders at night time. We saw the till screens from the window and they were ON, didn’t see any system shut down.
Kids and i stop in here occasionally after hockey, and it seems like its just gone down slowly over past year. I order a BLT quarter pounder, i could pick more lettuce from my front grass then there was on this burger. It looked like the squidge ome ketchup packet and half a packet of mayo on the side of the burger which in turn was in the box. Poor quality burger building.

One time the staff told me to pull off and argued with me that I already received my drink when I didn’t. Food also isn’t the best at this location. I’m done coming here.
