I orderde a putine mcdouble a large fries and a milk shake ok now i got the butger i got the puotine and milkshalk but no large fries even tho i paid for them no resciet and coukdnt go back neather becpuse i was already at home so realy crappy mcdonlds on thurs day augest 14

This is the worst place I've ever been to and bathroom stinks. The table was not cleaned, and there were food flies on it. They had a delivery truck parked outside, and the manager was placing tickets on the muffins so they could be sold. We were waiting for our food, while others who ordered after us received their meals first. When we asked about our order, they apologized and said it had been missed. :(

Sadly, this mcdonalds really struggles with filling what you order. For instance, i have ordered a BELT on a plain bagel multiple times and I end up getting a egg and 2 strips of bacon on a dry bagel with no mayo, no tomato, and no lettuce... They dont seem to even know their own food. Would recommend eating somewhere else in Ponoka.
