I recently visited a McDonald’s location and ordered a Chicken Habanero burger. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
The burger was poorly prepared — all the sauce was applied to only one half, while the other half was completely dry. This made the burger unbalanced and not enjoyable to eat. What’s more frustrating is that customers are charged extra for sauce, yet even the standard portion wasn’t distributed properly.
I tried to place another order and politely requested that the sauce be spread evenly across the burger. However, the manager responded unprofessionally and dismissively. Instead of addressing the concern, she became argumentative and said they only use “one sho

Just completed a renovation. Looks good. They managed to remove seating for dine in customers. Only seating for 20 people. It's very small. It used to hold 32. And it was small than too.They also don't offer free refills anymore, I guess the goal is to sell the food and get you out of their establishment as fast as possible. That's how to make more money. Very disappointed 😞

I was just there with my husband. We ordered nuggets, poutine, a double cheesy melt, large fries We checked to make sure our food was there but they forgot the fries. Okay, no big deal, my husband went in and told them they forgot the fries. We got home and realized the sauces they asked if we wanted were not in the bag. Its almost as if the workers dont check what they are doing as this is the second time now that we have had missing food.
However I am giving 2 stars simply because the 2 guys at the 1st and second drive thru windows were actually very nice.
So whoever was doing the packing of the bags is really slacking because now I have a pissed off husband, so thanks for that

Went through the drive thru and ordered a salty caramel pie. This is in Ponoka. I live in Lacombe. Got it home out of the bag and it's burnt, I mean it's almost black an inside is dry. I never go on here but that was so unacceptable. It wasn't even for me

All I wanted was a cheeseburger from the value picks / Mcvalue menu. I was pleasant. I asked if he could wait a second to which he never answered me. The boy on the other end of the drive-thru speakers words were pleasant and scripted but his voice was extremely rude when I asked him about wanting just a cheeseburger he kept trying to tell me that McDonald's doesn't have value picks/ Mcvalue items. I don't know if the employees are overworked or not treated well but he was not having a good day.
