I would love to know why you can't get the online specials pricing instore same product just pay online or in person makes no sense to me so probably won't go back.

Moved to Ponoka today and by the time we got situated it was 10pm and I was starving. I tried ordering from multiple places as I really wanted a burger, however nothing was open on DoorDash etc. I settled for Pizza Hut, but was blown away by the service. I saw the melt had mustard spread on the website so I called to change it, nothing but helpful and explained exactly what’s on it. I also wanted a dip but nothing that was listed on the site, so I ordered marinara but on the phone asked to swap for something spicier. Perfect order! I didn’t use the tracker at all as I ordered at 10:14pm and order arrived around 10:35. Exceptional. Delivery driver was friendly and my dogs (who bark at the wind) didn’t even bark or bat an eye. Well done Pizza Hut. Will be ordering again in the future!
Everytime we order here the food is burnt, there is no cheese but mountains of tomato sauce . They completely screwed up our order but wouldn't refund us. Went IN STORE to order. Phone ringing off the hook so dude didn't have time to properly take our order-seems we were just a nusance, takes our money and F you from this place.We were expecting chicken alfredo and got tomato soup pasta. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. We've now tried MULTIPLE times to get good food here. Get ingredients make pizza and pasta yourself.This place is 100% a waste of your money. Mc Donald's will treat you better AND your food will always be as advertised

I buy two medium pizza with “thin nd crispy” crust. It seems that pizza crust is not fresh its frozen crust. It was totally dry. Hard to chew even its just few minutes after i pick my pizza from store. It was such a waste of money.
