Not my favorite location. The ingredients Not missing looked sketch tasted worse and most of the $16 meal is sitting in the garbage as I type :/
I don't know what happened to this place, but man has it been a disappointment the last two ish years.
We ordered four subs, we were the only people there (in the drive thru and inside.) They took our order, all at once (so probably why it was all over the place) and then we waited at the drive thru windows for 15-20 minutes while others were dealt with before ours were even made. The coupon fiasco was another thing... But, we were given two of the same subs but with anything and everything they decided to be on them. Us adults aren't as picky, but of course I didn't order anything spicy to go on our kid's subs. Anyways! Called and called, hours later I tried again and the rudest man answered. He said they'd remake them (cool, thank you) but he hung up saying something in another language before the conversation was over. We went in the next day and the young lady (who spoke perfect english) asked us the same questions nine hundred times, and then did the exact opposite again. The other two workers were less than helpful, and obnoxious.
I know a lady speaking up is a problem with a lot of people, so this is the treatment everywhere with certain establishments lately in Ponoka.
We'll NEVER be back, just like we haven't been to Tim Hortons in YEARS.

I came in and the lady who was serving me was kind, however my sandwich was done very slopily and not distributed well. This being said there must have been some sort of cross contamination because later that day I got food poisoning and was very ill even into the next day.

Worst Subway Iāve ever been too. Ordered from the drive-thru, i asked for bacon and didnāt get it, whatever no biggie. But I asked for 1 strip of honey mustardā¦and my sub was completely drenched in yellow mustard which I hate. Sub ruined, straight in the trash. This location wonāt get another cent from me. If you are desperate enough to eat here, do not use the drive-thru, that way you can supervise the worker making your sub as they clearly donāt get enough of that from management.

I order a Canadian classic when I had chance to eat once I left I found out that they put hot sauce on my sub not sub sauce. Good thing I not allergic to hot sauce. But I paid I expect to get what I want. Also if you are wearing the Canadian flag pin wear it the right way not upside down or sideways.

Ordered the veggie chimichurro through the app and went in store to pick it up. Stood in line because there was no indication for where the pickup area was and later was told I didn't have to wait. They also didn't tell me they were missing some of ingredients...found out my sandwich was missing both the chimichurri sauce and spinach. I mean, the least I would expect is that they'd tell me they're out of stock before handing me my order.

The young lad named Sabastian is very short tempered with the staff, not a good attitude to have in front of customers. The veggies are not in a good state, I saw 4 cross contamination points, chicken with sliced ham sitting in it. There is seating, but no real place to park.
Also, my sub here was cheaper than every other location by almost 5$. There are many mistakes in this location
