Absolutely love this restaurant wonderful food and great atmosphere would highly recommend this place!
The owner and operator of this establishment is extremely kind and gracious. The food is absolutely delectable. Although it was my first time trying Indian cuisine I can say confidently that I will be back to enjoy this restaurant again; it was that good. Until next time, Pavilion.. I’ll thinking of butter chicken and naan bread.
Nice food. So many flavors. Best Naan bread! Really nice people. Go check it out!!

Best restaurant in Ponoka, hands down! No idea how they can take cauliflower (the worst vegetable there is) and make it into such an awesome appetizer.
Super nice staff. Great people. Support them ?

Always a top choice when deciding where to eat out in Ponoka. Lucky to have a restaurant like it in town. Recommend the mango chicken.

We visited the Pavillion for the first time today for lunch and it was amazing! The owner, Sungi served us some complimentary samples from the buffet to try and everything was perfect, including the desserts! The chicken was slow roasted and infused with wonderful seasoning and was very enjoyable.I ordered the mango chicken in mango puree and coconut sauce and it was so delicious. Everything was homemade and soooo fresh! Their service was definitely 10 stars and customer satisfaction is very important to them. The owner told us that my service puppy is more than welcomed there anytime. Truly, it was a fantastic dining experience and we look forward to returning!

The food was delicious as always and the owner is very kind and a wonderful part of the community. The naan is always a favorite as well as the butter chicken, but if you are dining in I highly recommend ordering the chicken tikka masala and the potato and cauliflower dish. Both come on a sizzling plate and are delicious!

My wife and I decided to go out for supper. We ordered off the menu and the food was delicious. Wanted some dry ribs. Our waiter came back and said that there wasn’t enough for a full order. We were fine with that he then asked if we wanted to try some other food he offered us three different choices as samplers they were all absolutely delicious. When we were done he brought out the bill and never charged for the samplers that he gave us. Will definitely go back to eat again. Service excellent. Food excellent atmosphere fantastic.

We stopped in Ponoka on our way home yesterday after good things about the Pavilion. Indian buffet restaurants are not that common in central Alberta, this one is well worth the trip. Three sauced dishes with meat and three vegetarian. Tandoori chicken and fish, very tasty. Several veggie starter dishes and an extra spice area if you want more. Two dessert choices, banana and tapioca. Plus, some of the best spiced Naan freshly made. They have an a la carte menu but we stayed with the buffet. The owner visited with us after and was a very friendly fellow. We will definitely be back.

I took my mom to The Pavilion for her birthday yesterday, Sept. 7/24. We drove in from Wetaskiwin & had found this place on Google with high reviews, & wanted to try the lunch buffet.
The owner was so good to us. He always made sure we were enjoying the food, & never rushed us out. He came over to talk to us, & was interested to know about us. Very pleasant to talk with.
When I mentioned it was my mom's birthday (86 yrs. old), without a word he went into the kitchen & came back with a nice sized piece of cake for 2, with a candle & "happy birthday" written on the plate in icing. What a pleasant surprise!
We noticed he was very interested to meet & greet all his customers who were in the restaurant.
We both certainly will be back. Food was tasty & not overly spiced, & whole atmosphere was great.
Thankyou The Pavilion for your kindness & great food!

Another amazing meal at the Pavilion! We ordered from the menu and, as usually, they did not disappoint. We had a couple of starters and each was as flavorsome as the next. I would definitely recommend just getting a couple from their menu and share them.
Then for the mains we had a selection of curries. From a lamb vindaloo that will have you sweating but is too good to stop eating, to a chicken tika massala with spectacular flavors.
I cannot recommend this amazing restaurant enough!
Vegetarian options: Being an Indian restaurant they offer a multitude of vegetarian choices.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and below a certain age, they eat free.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room in the restaurant to park a wheelchair next to the table.
