I stopped in one day after work because I've heard rave reviews about the chicken here so I asked if I could buy just a couple pieces to try, see if I liked it or not. The staff were quick to accommodate me - I paid for 2 pieces and they generously gave me 3. I have never had such delicious chicken in red Deer - the meat was tender, the coating was crunchy and it wasn't greasy like at other places. Went back into the restaurant the next day quickly and informed the cook "best chicken ever". I will absolutely go there the next time I want chicken!”

“Momo Sushi in Red Deer is hands down one of the best spots in town!

Their chirashidon is absolutely amazing — super fresh, generous portions, and honestly reminds me of Korean chirashi-don with gochujang, which I loved. The bowl is very big and filling, definitely worth the price.

What really stands out is the warm, friendly service. It feels like a true family-run business, and you can really sense the care they put into the food and customers.

If you’re in Red Deer and craving fresh Japanese-style rice bowls or sushi, this place is a must-try. Highly recommended!”

“DO NOT RECOMMEND DQ DOWNTOWN went through the drive-thru ordered a milkshake. the guy making the shake took his time. standing by the machine chatting to the girls holding my shake. I told him that I would like that today and he can chat on his own time not mine. He get snarky with me. I over hear him say to the other girls that he should spit in my milkshake. Needless to say I was livid. I told him I heard what he said about spitting in my shake. He denied it but I know what I heard. I will not be going back to DQ and I demand that you fire that kid. “I rarely eat out, but oh my gosh!! I had THE BEST (Teen)burger last week that I have ever had, or at least in the past 10-15 years! Mmmmmmmmm! It was made by Devesh, at the Clearview location last week! That boy can make a burger!! Absolutely Devine! (no ketchup, extra mustard, extra extra pickles🤤). If I coulda fit it, I would have gone back for a 2nd!! Thankyou Clearview A&W for putting Teens on sale and thankyou again Devesh! (🫢Id bet you’d be EXCELLENT with Subway Subs!!🤫) I also like this A&W because it’s sort of out-of-the-way. Steady but not overwhelming.”

“Early in the morning, we went through a drive-thru before heading out on a long drive. We ordered two sausage McGriddles and drinks. While already on the highway, we noticed the cheese was missing from the McGriddles. We called the store, not to complain, but simply to provide feedback. The manager, Patricia, was very apologetic and assured us she would relay the message to the kitchen team. She also promised to make it up to us the next time we visit. This, to me, is a great sign of good customer service—being able to acknowledge mistakes and showing a willingness to improve.”

“While this is a great location, the dining room is uncomfortably COLD. It’s as though the heat is turned down way too low or for some reason the AC is on in the winter. Even with a winter coat, it’s uncomfortable. It also cools off the food really fast so it’s hard to know if the food was warm when I got it or not. Honestly it would be a top location without this issue. Staff is wonderful, it’s generally pretty clean (until the teenagers show up), and it has fast service. My only complaint is the heat. Every so often (though not often enough), the vents throw out a bit of warm air but that doesn’t last long.”

“I had a beautiful experience going there the day before mchappy day and that staff decorated the place very good. It was like entering a fary tale with ballon everywhere. The lady that was installing the ballons answered all my question and had such a beautiful smile. I will definitely go back !”

“I love this place. I've been going here for over 10 years now and the quality is just as good back then. I love the owner, she is such a sweetheart. The food is phenomenal!!! They have plenty of vegetarian and vegan dishes and will make substitutions for anyone with special allergies (including gluten, milk, garlic, anything), carefully preparing it to ensure there is no contamination.
My favorite dishes are the skewers with peanut sauce and their famous Tom Yum Soup — seriously that soup kicks butt!!! The head chef won a national cooking competition if that tells you anything.

“It was the best ive had in my life I went with my god father and he has had a lot of sushi in his life and he said it was the best he's had as well we had 2 orders of gyoza their tofu and it was the best the broth was so tasty with many delicious veggies we had 2 salmon nigri 2 tuna nigri, sunshine roll, dragon eye roll with spicy mayo instead of normal mayo. And when we left we ordered another order of gyoza to go bevause its sooo good.”

We had a game in mind but there truly is something for everyone. Would love to see a label that indicates a game is co-op. The food menu has tons of variety, whether you want a quick snack or something a bit more filling. The store itself is clean, well organized, and really comfortable to hang out in. The retail section is a bit overwhelming, not really sure how the games are organized there. The staff were a big highlight too: they greeted us right when we walked in and were super friendly and helpful, especially when explaining how everything works and helping us get started with the games. When I arrived the gentleman was waiting for me as their veggie is very basic online, no options to add more veg and there are alot more veggies to choose if you order in house. He waited to see if I wanted any other veggies no charge just to fill it up. That is excellent service and thoughtful to make sure the customer is satisfied. There was mention of the steak, in the Spaghetti & Steak meal, being a bit tough but otherwise, everyone was very happy with their choice.
