My fiancé and I recently visited, and from the moment we were seated to the end of our meal, she truly went above and beyond in every possible way. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel like VIPs the entire time. :)

She anticipated our needs before we even asked, offered thoughtful suggestions from the menu, and checked in often without ever being intrusive. What I really loved, though, was her positive energy. I didn’t realize just how much of a difference that could make in turning our simple dinner into such an enjoyable, memorable experience.

“This was my 2nd visit, today was the seafood boil and it was AMAZING. The sauce was delicious, I would eat that every day on anything. The heat was perfect, just a bit to let you know it was there. Great portion size with a lovely selection of seafood and a nice little salad and portion of rice to balance it out. 100% recommend the Birrias tacos, they are divine, now and forever my new favorite taco. Tried the assorted tray of sweets and it gave shortbread vibes, will be getting those again. Definitely a little hidden gem in Red Deer.”

I told him that I would like that today and he can chat on his own time not mine. He get snarky with me. I over hear him say to the other girls that he should spit in my milkshake. Needless to say I was livid. I told him I heard what he said about spitting in my shake. He denied it but I know what I heard. I will not be going back to DQ and I demand that you fire that kid. “I arranged a surprise anniversary lunch for my parents at Earls Red Deer, and I couldn’t have asked for better service than what Ava B provided. I pre-ordered their food ahead of time to make things easier, and Ava took the extra step to ask the manager if payment could be processed in advance—which she made happen. That thoughtful gesture really helped make the experience seamless for my parents.

From start to finish, Ava’s kindness and professionalism stood out. My parents mentioned how well they were taken care of and how smooth everything was. The meal — from the Pinot Noir and crispy prawn rolls to the steak, wagyu oshi sushi, salmon, and sticky toffee dessert — was served perfectly.

Thanks to Ava B, my parents felt truly celebrated on their special day. I'm so grateful for her attention to detail and genuine care. Highly recommend asking for Ava B if you're dining at Earls Red Deer — she goes the extra mile.”

“Last night I ordered subway, barely having time to eat as a new mom and expecting nothing less than what I have always had my entire life which is awesome. The sub I got was disgusting. It was not even edible it was greasy and disgusting there was no meat on it there was no veggies on it there was nothing it was disgusting greasy filled bread. I don't like to complain but I had to considering the price inflation of everything these days. The manager who was on today went above and beyond what I expected I just wanted a new sub but she had to drive it to me herself and hand it to me herself which I appreciate so much and my sub was absolutely delicious. So thank you for that very much I appreciate that.”

“Early in the morning, we went through a drive-thru before heading out on a long drive. We ordered two sausage McGriddles and drinks. While already on the highway, we noticed the cheese was missing from the McGriddles. We called the store, not to complain, but simply to provide feedback. The manager, Patricia, was very apologetic and assured us she would relay the message to the kitchen team. She also promised to make it up to us the next time we visit. This, to me, is a great sign of good customer service—being able to acknowledge mistakes and showing a willingness to improve.”

“I went to this location the first time and it was very dirty. I have since been back, and they have made some great improvements. The staff must have just had a bad day on my first visit. I stopped to talk to some of the team their and they are a really good team.”

We had the pleasure of dining at Blue Dragon last week with our granddaughter and we LOVED our food!
We had the dinner for 4 with Tom Yum soup, ribs, Panang curry, seafood bowl, Pad Thai, spring rolls, and added summer rolls to our order as well.
The peanut sauce for the summer rolls were absolutely INCREDIBLE! I could drink it!
We thoroughly enjoyed every item that we tried and we will definitely be back.
The service was friendly and attentive and the restaurant is very clean.
It's nice to know that we have a delicious Thai food option so close to home.”

“I picked up a few meals the pork katsu, and the bulgogi along with a strawberry cream cheese donut and red velvet cake slice. Wow! is right, this place has everything from pastries, cookies, garlic breads to buy, chicken and meals, everything to hit the spot whether it be hunger or a sweet tooth. The meals were great, and the donut and cake slice were phenomenal! I had a hard time choosing so I asked the staff which I found absolutely polite and friendly and they gave me suggestions, I will be back 100% to try out more meals and baked goods and spreading the word on this business, what a hidden gem!”

Born and raised in Calgary, Peter's has always had a sentimental place in my heart. So when we were travelling up to Edmonton via car I said we had to stop here and he was blown away.

Was absolutely fantastic him ordering a single and then getting surprised by seeing the 2nd patty until I explained it was a 1/2.

We left very full, but very happy. And of course the milk shake exceeded his expectations.”
