Stopped by here on a random Tuesday evening a couple weeks ago and the place was still packed even that late, which says a lot. Got the Diavola again, same as every time, and the crust had that perfect char on it without being soggy in the middle like some places do it. Grabbed a window seat here a couple weeks back and ended up spending way longer than planned just photographing the wood fired oven glowing in the back. The nduja pizza came out blistered and a little charred on the crust in exactly the right way, which honestly made for a better shot than the actual eating experience, and the eating experience was great too. Five of us went for lunch. 2 were kids 5 and 8, each with their own custom pizza and thrilled to have leftovers for the next day. We also had the lunch special pizzeria and ruatic tomato bisque and then the other with Napoli salad. I tried something new today, the Caveleti pizza. Very tasty!!
