Some security guard named Roy wrongfully banned me from the mall for 6 months from June 10. My crime… minding my own business. Paladin Security has an extensive history of abusing power. I suggest upgrading security. Don’t bother sending complaints to management, all they do is block you.
Got rid of handicap accessible electric carts! Apparently these businesses don’t want our business this is discrimination! Isn’t there a law requiring handicap accessibility? If someone has to push you in a wheelchair, you’ve lost you independence! Thoughtless heartless people running this place! Update: the manager of the mall sent three security guards to intimidate my wife while our friend and I shopped, because she complained. Run by a bunch of communists. Would NEVER recommend. I was informed that me and my DAUGHTER were not allowed to EAT unless we stopped and went to sit in the food court.
You guys should be ASHAMED of yourselves not allowing a 5 year old to EAT while running our errands.
