The most disappointing customer service I have ever experienced. My elderly mother ordered Chinese food for new years for our family at 3:30pm and we didn’t receive it until after 8:15pm with missing items. We called to get our missing 2 items + and added on one extra item. They didn’t have the correct phone number to begin with so they couldn’t contact us until we called them wondering where our order was. When the second delivery arrived we were charged $56 extra on top of the already $115 + $10 tip. We tried to ask about the $56 extra and then ended up paying and called later to understand the situation. They blamed us, laughed at us and guilt tripped us saying the money we were owed was going to come out of their personal pocket and the woman who took our order didn’t actually work there and she took full responsibility for the mistake and continued to not give us a refund. They took advantage of my mother and belittled my daughter. Disgusting behaviour, below average food. They don’t care about customer, customer service or being honest. We shouldn’t have ordered with an already 3 start rating.

Rice wasn’t fried and only had a bit of chicken in it and mostly egg and no other ingredients. The Ginger beef was overcooked. They sent the chicken but not the lemon sauce, forgot to send the beef & broccoli and the noodle dish from a 6 person combo.
This was a very disappointing interaction.

Not worth it! They messed up our order on New Year's eve. My sister-in-law spoke to a lady on the phone for over 45 minutes to try to correct it. The lady on the phone laughed at my sister in law, refused to refund any money, told her that the conversation is going nowhere, and tried to guilt trip her by saying that she'd have to pay out of pocket if she wanted a refund. It is laughably bad customer service. If you want to get scammed and ripped off, go for it. But if you value decent customer service and integrity, do not order from these people. Also, is it Canton Kitchen or Fusion Kitchen? Because the staff don't know the difference.

Canton location is now called Fusion! I am beyond happy to learn that the former Fusion Cafe owners/cook have returned to the restaurant scene in Red Deer!!! Brenda is a delight to speak with and their food is divine. The spicy salty Squid is stunningly great. I also enjoy their Pad Thai. Servings are large and is simply the best, freshest tasting food. I am so glad to learn you have returned to share your gifts of cooking!

This restaurant changed ownership, and the quality and flavours has been lost.

I had the pleasure of dining at Canton Kitchen for the second time last month, and I must say, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming on both occasions. The food, crafted with top-notch ingredients, was simply delightful. During my conversation with the owner, she mentioned that they had recently acquired Canton Kitchen. It's safe to say that they are excelling in their new venture!

New owners, new taste. It’s not the same at all anymore. The chicken fried rice is bland, so are the chicken balls. This was the best Chinese food place in town and now I’ll have to find my new go to place. Disappointing.

Ginger beef was overcooked past crisp to burnt. The chicken chow mein tasteless and the lemon chicken mediocre. Shanghai fat noodles tasteless and sweet and sour pork ok. 80 plus dollars and some of the worst food we've had will not be back.
