“We were quite unfamiliar with the menu and the cashier displayed patience with our confusion. The cashier, Camlon, accommodated to the menu very well and his friendliness is very acknowledged. Though the way we ordered would have confused and aggravated any cashier out there, they displayed no sign of any of that. They informed us about the expected wait time early on so we were aware ahead of time. Will go again.“

“Hi i was travelling to Edmonton and i get stop at red deer and i was having the craving of chicken then i found this place. i visited this place yesterday and i ordered 10 buckets with 3 lg sides food was so delicious and fresh customer service was amazing and speed of service was amazing i appreciate the employees who were working in mid afternoon i will definitely come back to this place.“

“Went in last night and this place was slammed. They were racing to fill orders and I knew that there would be a wait. They were slow taking orders at the time I walked in and the manager apologized and explained they just needed minute to catch up. I decided the wait was ok and I am so glad I did. The food was so really good. We had not had KFC for a few years and I was pleased it tasted like the old KFC which we loved
Some folks were clearly upset but the staff stayed very professional and kept powering through. The manager really tried to keep folks happy. I appreciate food services workers who sometimes put up with a lot from customers and often work short staffed. You might have had a off night but you did an excellent job.
