Booked a Texas BBQ for a U15 hockey team on 5 days notice. Aaron was amazingly helpful and accommodating despite the really short notice on a long weekend. Food was absolutely amazing and Aaron went above and beyond! One of the adults commented that they lived in Texas for a few years and this was far and away the best Texas BBQ they ever had. Will recommend to everyone I know!!

Absolutely delicious! We chose CraddyShack to cater our wedding, we wanted something different and fun and of course delicious and Aaron and his staff did not disappoint. Not only was the food an absolute hit with the guests, but the staff were equally amazing. I have tried plenty of BBQ places and none of them compare to this place. It was the best brisket I have ever had. Aaron and his team kept us well fed while we bartended at the Ponoka Stampede and everything we tried was so delicious. I’m definitely going to find this truck again when I’m back in Red Deer. Thanks Craddy and Uncle Tomahawk for keeping us sated while we were slinging drinks ❤️
