I have ordered through the app 3 separate times, and all 3 times the order is incorrect. Missing ingredients, missing the double meat, or not grilled.I contacted the store regarding the missing double meat, and the manager reached out to offer a free 6” as recompense, but I never received the coupon.
Store just opened and happy that they are near our neighborhood. Still work in progress something to look forward to. Staff are mostly new, the ambiance is amazing. Looks nice and refreshing.

I went in today and was served by this really sweet girl! I was probably having one of the worst days I’ve had recently, and I came home to find out that the girl who made my sub wrote on the wrap sticker “ur pretty :)” and it genuinely made my day, I definitely cried from how sweet the gesture was.
