We went through the drive thru, my boyfriend and I, got two burger combos w/ no drinks and 1 small royal blizzard. I got the blizzard while waiting for food and had one bite before I noticed a hair sticking out of the ice cream. Instead of making a new blizzard, they rinsed the hair off the spoon and handed it back out. After pulling away and after opening up our burgers, my boyfriend then discovered another hair on his piece of lettuce on his burger.
