Ordered two combos, but the cashier didn't ring either in even though two of us specifically said combos. When our food was ready, it sat on the counter for 2 or 3 minutes before she grabbed it. While the teriyaki sauce was hot on it, the meat and noodles were cold. Not only that, but teriyaki sauce was super thin and watery.

I asked how long the wait would be prior to ordering. I was told approx 10 minutes. Ended up waiting 30 min for 2 Teriyaki chicken bowls. Skip the dishes and take out delayed the in house customers. They need to have a timer on display the lets customers know the approx wait time. I would have never ordered if I knew the wait was half an hour. I felt horrible keeping my ride waiting. Other customers were panicking about missing their bus.

Used to love Edo… came here after a long time of not eating it because of the huge decline in quality and portions… and surprisingly, it actually got worse. Don’t pay for extra anything because you won’t get it. Extra disgusting was all it was, for a ridiculous price 🤮 🤮 🤮

Ordered a beef yakisoba with double beef and two scoops of sauce instead got overcooked noodles, no extra sauce, regular amount of beef, and maybe two pieces of broccoli in it. Extremely disappointing and if I was able to have gone back and not on a time crunch I would have just asked for my money back.
