“Everytime i walk to the till she knows what im going to order how im going to pay and what i want on my food. Its really nice to know that she recognizes me each time and she always gives good customer service. Never had an issue with food or drink.“

Despite this, Dairy Queen remains a reliable choice for a quick, delicious treat with a welcoming atmosphere.

“DO NOT RECOMMEND DQ DOWNTOWN went through the drive-thru ordered a milkshake. the guy making the shake took his time. standing by the machine chatting to the girls holding my shake. I told him that I would like that today and he can chat on his own time not mine. He get snarky with me. I over hear him say to the other girls that he should spit in my milkshake. Needless to say I was livid. I told him I heard what he said about spitting in my shake. He denied it but I know what I heard. I will not be going back to DQ and I demand that you fire that kid. “We always get great service whenever we eat at DQ. This DQ is one of our favourites. It has been at this same location around 50 years. The atmosphere is fantastic and the food is amazing! The staff are awesome! I highly recommend stopping at this historic DQ whenever you dine in Red Deer. Fair warning: the DQ did update their building decor about 15/20 years ago.“
