“Went in last night and this place was slammed. They were racing to fill orders and I knew that there would be a wait. They were slow taking orders at the time I walked in and the manager apologized and explained they just needed minute to catch up. I decided the wait was ok and I am so glad I did. The food was so really good. We had not had KFC for a few years and I was pleased it tasted like the old KFC which we loved
Some folks were clearly upset but the staff stayed very professional and kept powering through. The manager really tried to keep folks happy. I appreciate food services workers who sometimes put up with a lot from customers and often work short staffed. You might have had a off night but you did an excellent job. Thank you for what you do“
