The KFC restaurant is praised for its outstanding service and amazing food. Customers highlight the exceptional efforts of the staff, particularly a friendly employee named Linda, who ensures they have a fantastic 10/10 experience every time. Many customers mention that the fried chicken is delicious and addictive, with some describing it as the best they've ever tasted. Staff members are often described as honest, cooperative, and kind, with employees like Cherry Ann Garcia and Parneet receiving special praise for their helpful and welcoming attitude. The restaurant offers a variety of menu options, including the popular Extra Crispy chicken with its thick, crunchy breading, and always serves fresh food. However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the limited availability of certain menu items, such as the 7-piece meal, and the inability to use corporate coupons at this location. Overall, the KFC restaurant is well-liked, but there are a few areas for improvement to ensure a more consistent and satisfying dining experience for all customers.
