I came here for lunch one day. There was a sig saying that they would be back in 10mins. I waited for a half hour and finally knocked on the door. The manager came to the door and pointed at the sign like I couldn't read. He then opened the door and said there was a staff meeting happening.Why would they be doing a staff meeting at lunch time?! Very rude staff and the food wasn't even warm. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

Ordered a 4 piece meal and added a side of corn , came with fries , gravy and popcorn chicken . Fries were not full and tasted old , chicken was soggy . There was only 6 pieces of popcorn chicken. Last time we ordered this exact meal food was more full and fresh . Staff was great but food was SOOOOOO disappointing

Was very disappointed in the food in the app and the service we got two of the same orders and they were differnt in sizes and the fries and chicken were horible so salty and they say they had extra crispy but they dont and we had to wait so long at the window the app would of saved us 8$ but nope could not get it to work horible

This was one of the worst meals I have ever had. The “extra crispy chicken” was so greasy that there was nothing crisp about it. Not to mention that the grease leaked through the box, and through the bag all over my seat. The most important part is taste, of which there was none. Maybe just a bad day? Not sure, but this was awful.

Use to for a weekly treat.But food has gotten to expensive.Orders regularly wrong and missing items.Managmet will at most offer to fix if you come back to the store.Website does not list this location so mobile deals not an option.

Really disappointed with the service of this establishment... They will lie to your face and then get mad at you for it.How is it possible to order something (no pickles) and pay for it, wait in the window and hear the (assumed manager) explain to an employee how to make the specialty item (not adding anything, just not applying something...) Wait extra long for this item... To then be told that "management" told them to tell me that they no longer can make this item without not adding all the ingredients... Like what??? I've ordered this item many times without pickles and your trying to tell me that they cannot make this item without it???I left without my portion of the meal but we still bought a meal for my passenger to which when they finally brought it over slammed onto the counter and then they shoved it at me all angry.Will not be back.

Refused to accept my gift card. I complained about it to the cashier, as there was no signage indicating they aren't accepting gift cards. They left the window open and my wife and I could hear the cashier complaining about us to the other staff in the back. They then forgot to make my order.My biggest issue is that I came here to use the giftcard and the reason they refused it made no sense, talking about some sort of changeover. The customer service was very poor and I won't be coming to this store again.
