This location is so bad, that I can almost guarantee the entire staff is replaced every month. How else can you explain the 15 minutes I spend at the speaker waiting for an employee to even acknowledge I am there, the constant mistakes when taking my order, and the rude staff that is clearly overworked because absolutely no one cares to even say anything aside from what it costs. And the best part is I cannot do their survey to make a compaint about specific orders because they don't give out receipts. Seriously how has this location not been shut down?

Absolutely horrible food tonight.Fries were so hard and so over cooked the chicken nuggets tasted like cupboard paint absolutely disgusting took over 20 minutes to get my food and yet everything was still horrible. Burger was even grosser but was ripped apart. Tried to call no answer . Don’t recommend as they definitely won’t refund you ??♀️ so much for ordering mobile in hopes to ease things. I took videos of everything as well

Dismal, post apocalyptic. Went for a quick bite and was left feeling sad and disgusted. Waited for 10 + minutes while listening to an intense symphony of high volume beeping (I have no idea how anyone is supposed to work here without going insane!!!) while watching a table full of junkies nodding off and moaning. All the while the drive through gets served as quickly as possible. I guess walk ins are discouraged. In the end I got an absolutely sad meal. Never gonna come back here. Or any Mc Donald's for that matter. My burger looked like it had been toasted and stepped on. Here is a picture of what I expected compared to what I received.

They gave me a coke with no ice, so I ask for ice, they give it to me and I drive away and try it. It was flat and warm. Like??? I had to go into Wendy’s to get a drink with my McDonalds. Worst part? This has happened to me MULTIPLE TIMES. I’m avoiding this location from now on after seeing the other reviews too.

Long wait times when no one is in line.. six employees running in drive-thru no one working storefront.. frustrating when employees just stand there and look at you and not take your order.. Ordered through drive-thru got home and realized they forgot part of the order and the receipt. I tried calling 5 times and no one answered phone. Had to drive back and listen to an untrained manager profusely apologize and not try and make it right. Got back home and all the rest of our order was cold.
