I have been through the drive-through two mornings in a row, both days my order was missing something. Yesterday it was the salsa for my breakfast burritos, today it was my hashbrown. And I understand that they make the burritos in advance for speed and convenience, but today they looked like they were assembled in the dark. Please don't become complacent in your duties to where errors are made. Attention to detail, and customer satisfaction should be priority #1.
Food is usually fairly hot and what youd expect. Twice in a row now though they have forgotten something in my order but gladly charged us for it. First was a hashbrown and the second time was the chocolate milk for my daughter's happy meal.
The food was average for McDonald's. The cashier handled cash with gloves on, then went and handled food with the same gloves, and the washroom was disgusting. My friend used the ordering machine, and it didn't print the receipt, so it was likely out of paper or jammed. She told the cashier, and nothing was done. The cashier just kept talking with her co-workers. I have been to lots of McDonald's across Canada and the States, and this was one of the worst ones.
