The Canadian Brewhouse (Red Deer)

It seemed that we were an incovience to our main server and another. We had to ask for waters while we sat there. After a while we had to ask to order and the look on her face was almost eye rolling and then yet again after sitting for a while as for our bill. It was not busy at 1 pm on a Friday afternoon. It will not be my first choice to select when we go back out again. If she is having a bad day, as we all do, you are in the service industry and you have to fake it.

I love the brewhouse. It’s my watering hole. Go Oilers go and the waitress and service were impeccable.

Brook is really pretty. Also, Bernardo makes very good shots and they should be put on the menu.

Recently went to this place with my boyfriend. Had the most horrible experience. First of all, they told us there was a waiting for an hour. We didnt want to drive all the way back and were really looking forward to trying this place so got our spot in the queue. Drove around a little and went to the grocery store close by to pass the time. After an hour when there was no change in the queue we went to checkout what was up. A lot of people left right in front of us yet the queue didnt move finally my boyfriend went to check if they had space and they said no and added him to the queue as well. I got mad and went in myself and told them that i myself saw people leave how have i still moved up the queue, the lady went to check and magically they had a spot for us to sit. I dont know what the reason of this treatment or unprofessionalism was. (Hoping it didnt have to do with the fact that we are brown). Then we ordered wings which were sooo dry and barely had any sauce on them. Worst wings i ever had. Felt like they had been sitting in the back for a while or something. Ended up leaving without eating anything. This was last to last wednesday during some game i think. First i posted this on the app thinking they would want to check in on this, didnt hear anything back so thought everyone should hear this before going here. Never going back!

Love the Brewhouse, me and my hubby order from here all the time. Food is always great and consistent. Highly recommend the Yorkies as a starter!

Great deal on Wednesday Wing night .. I love they give the option of wings, boneless wings and cauliflower wings. It been Super fun being able to have veggie wings with my family and try all sorts of flavors. 😃

In for playoff game. Food was great. Atmosphere and extra fun was awesome! Servers are spectacular!

We had booked a table for 12 and we let them know that we needed a low table because we had a couple of seniors with us that had walkers and couldn't sit at a high table. When we arrived, we were told that we would have to sit at two separate tables because They couldn't fulfil our reservation requirements. This was very frustrating because we would've chosen another location, had we known that they could not meet our requirements of needing a low table. They were very busy, which is great, but the food had sat out before being delivered to the table and was not very hot.
