Staff Ibrahim didn't welcome us no hello no hi. He was just finishing his work first ( removing liners from tray ) . After 3 to 4 min he said what you want . They were also out of teriyaki chicken at 7pm and there was still 2 hours pending for closing. Then I ask for crispy chiken . I got 2 footlong which were totally cold. He toast both footlong together on one footlong setting. Very disappointed, never come again.
I must say the crew working tonight around 6 were top notch! Customer service in fast food has gone downhill in most places, but not here!! They young man making our sandwiches was interacting and cracking jokes with us the whole time. When we got home we noticed he wrote “Same as mom but different” on my one sons sub (he ordered the same sub but kept saying it was different from mine) and “mom” on mine. No gluten free bread or anything but white, soft drink machine turned off no that we have to buy bottles / no refills / lady in front of me waited 20 min in line just for them to not have what she needed.
