“I've never reviewed before, but for this place I will. I came in last Friday. A shame this place is just put in a corner of the 7-11. Only 3 for atmosphere for that. But It's a little gem of a Tims! Staff were friendly and fun. Food was great. Just wish they had a bigger store with more variety like other Tim's. Or I would come here more often.“
“The woman working soup and sandwiches deserves a raise! She was impressive as heck making 8+ pizzas at the same time, and our food came out PERFECT.

My sister & I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the gentleman employee we saw come out of the back door & walk to the front/exit of the drive thru, to play the LAST POST for our veterans @ 11. We had watched the ceremony earlier from OTTAWA on TV then decided to go for a walk. Our father, uncle & 2 aunties fought for our country & our freedom. 💛 ellie“

“I regularly visit the Tim Hortons restaurant in the Parkland Mall at 4747-67 St, Red Deer. There, I often encounter an employer named Maureen there. Her customer service is the best. And she makes the best coffee ever. She already knows my preference. And as soon as I arrive at the store, she prepares my style of coffee, unbidden, And I like it. Additionally, her customer skills are the best. Her service is the best, and provides my the most cogent reason to visit the store

“I absolutely love this location in Red Deer! The staff here are incredibly friendly and make sure your order is perfect every time. Whether I’m grabbing my morning coffee or treating myself to a late-night snack, the service is always fast and efficient. It is such a cozy environment to do work as well! Tim Hortons, you’ve officially got me hooked. I can’t imagine my mornings without you!!!“

“Props to your baker!! Hi just wanna share that today Sunday, I Ordered a nutella croissant this morning it was so delicious and the way the it made was so balance. The powdered sugar, nutella and the croissant is great combination you can taste it all in one bite. Props to the baker of tim hotons who did that because when I ordered in the other store it was very plain and you cannot taste the nutella. As I am a former employee of Tim Horton’s I recognize the hardwork of the baker and to staff also. Thanks!! :,)“
“I was having a really rough day today—completely out of sorts. In the middle of it all, I saw a Tim Hortons and decided to treat myself to an Iced Capp to cool down and reset. I didn’t expect much, but walking into that location genuinely turned my day around.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was such a warm energy in the place—like they were happy to see me, not just because it’s their job, but because they genuinely care about creating a positive experience. Their smiles, even through the smallest interactions, felt sincere. It wasn’t forced—it felt like they truly loved what they were doing and appreciated me being there.
I left not only with a refreshing drink but also with a lighter heart. It may seem like a small moment, but their kindness made a big difference in my day. Tim Hortons should be proud to have a team like this—people who greet with their eyes and connect with you in a meaningful way.
