“The coffee is the highlight of Tim Hortons, with its signature blend being smooth, mild, and approachable, making it a favorite for everyday drinkers. Their donuts and Timbits stand out as classic treats—soft, sweet, and available in a wide range of flavors. The sandwiches, wraps, and soups are decent for a quick bite, though they may not stand out compared to specialized cafés or restaurants.“
“I went with my mom, who has dementia to this particular tims to get the usual. The person that day helping was mark. He was kind and patient. But what stood out was, seems little, but when we recieved our coffee, between me and mark just bantering back and forth, (im a talker), I noticed that he had automatically put on the sleeves. Me and mom both have issues have our hands and heat. I mentioned that I don't think I've seen that for a while, and when I do ask at other tims, it would seem a chore for them to grab them😕. He replied they do it all the time, and that thr other tims don't do it as a cost measuring thing. But, mostly it was mark that made that whole transaction a joy!.
On the food side of things. Running out of pastries and donuts in thre middleof the day had to st“
“This Tim's location is my favorite in Red Deer and i drive out of my way to go here! By far the best for service, friendliness and food. They always have everything I order, get the order right and i get pleasant service with lots of smiles. Keep up the great job!!!“
“I get an iced capp pretty much every day. Ya, ya, I know... lol. This is by far my favorite location. Mark is awesome. Most of the other staff members I've dealt with are great, too, and the iced capps are almost always fabulous. I like that they tell me when I order if they are a bit runny, so I have the option of going elsewhere. Once, I chose to order despite their warning, and then when I got to the window and paid, they handed me the cup, and I saw that it was way worse than I expected. They had no issues giving me a refund when I decided I didn't want it after all. Fantastic service. Definitely recommend. 😊“
“I've never reviewed before, but for this place I will. I came in last Friday. A shame this place is just put in a corner of the 7-11. Only 3 for atmosphere for that. But It's a little gem of a Tims! Staff were friendly and fun. Food was great. Just wish they had a bigger store with more variety like other Tim's. Or I would come here more often.“
“The woman working soup and sandwiches deserves a raise! She was impressive as heck making 8+ pizzas at the same time, and our food came out PERFECT.
Thank you Mystery S&S lady♡
(Tuesday afternoon, around 3pm)
Also, Sandra is a sweet heart and always makes me smile :) ♡“
“Unfortunately this Tims usually runs quite slowly and features employees who don't seem to be monitored for service and overall people skills. They should expect to be busy as they are in a college, but they always seem to be surprised by long lines. A chronic issue as well is employees who don't talk loud enough for you to hear behind their mask and the plexiglass barrier. Thankfully the food and coffee is as good as you could hope and cheaper than the Starbucks down the hall.“
“It was so busy morning on Saturday, August 9:
I waited a few minutes before being assisted, then had to wait longer because my sandwich was given to someone else. Bit the crew was really apologetic. But the sandwhich and the coffee taste really good. Thank you 😄“
“Didn't get my drink order right very limited in options when we went there as in they didn't serve bunch of regular food as other timmies they cut off breakfast earlier than normal
Parking: Parking lot shared with hotel weird set up n not much room to park“
“Always gets my order right but not always the best at getting someone to help you.
Kid-friendliness: Menu items for both adults and kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors will open with the press of a button and there is a ramp for wheelchair accessibility.“
“I was having a really rough day today—completely out of sorts. In the middle of it all, I saw a Tim Hortons and decided to treat myself to an Iced Capp to cool down and reset. I didn’t expect much, but walking into that location genuinely turned my day around.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was such a warm energy in the place—like they were happy to see me, not just because it’s their job, but because they genuinely care about creating a positive experience. Their smiles, even through the smallest interactions, felt sincere. It wasn’t forced—it felt like they truly loved what they were doing and appreciated me being there.
I left not only with a refreshing drink but also with a lighter heart. It may seem like a small moment, but their kindness made a big difference in my day. Tim Hortons should be proud to have a team like this—people who greet with their eyes and connect with you in a meaningful way.
Thank you for turning my day around. I’ll definitely be back.“
