The people that work here on the floor are lovely, amazing, always doing their best. They are wonderful at mitigating the strife caused by always being out of the things people order, they are incredibly understanding and have lovely customer service. Whoever is in charge of inventory management and product ordering however, you need to sit back and actually look at your sales before you order. Tim Hortons is a familiar establishment that serves good food and drinks, but with some notable drawbacks. Staff can be slow to take orders and understand customer requests, leading to a lengthy wait. Some employees may also be sassy or unhelpful. Additionally, pastry items may be cold unless specifically asked to be warmed up. Despite these issues, the food and coffee remain a highlight, and the prices are competitive with other coffee shops.
