clean awesome staff quick service
I go to this drive-thru about once a week and they are consistently out of something and there's always something wrong with my order. Today i pulled up and there's a sign on the menu that apologizes for having limited baking products. Customer service with a smile or pleasant voice is nonexistent there. I too agree with the other review on here saying they pressure you to order quickly even though there was nobody behind me. The 2 teenagers with me had to change their original orders because they didn't have what they wanted. I have given them many chances and today was the last straw. I'll be happy to drive out of my way to the Tim's on Hwy 11 east of 30th Ave. where the service, food and attitude are always amazing!!! And to the manager, do not bother posting your stupid pat message at the bottom of this. It will not change my mind.
I don't have a taste for their coffee. It's just not my cup of tea.
I want to share some feedback in the hope it leads to a better customer experience in the future. During my visit this morning, I felt rushed while placing my order. I asked for a moment to decide, but the staff member continued to press me, which made the interaction feel unnecessarily tense. Unfortunately, my order was also incorrect, and I was charged for an extra drink I didn’t receive.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues like this at this location, which is disappointing. I understand mornings can be busy, but a little patience and attention to detail can make a big difference. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because I do value Tim Hortons and would love to see more consistency and care moving forward

This is by far the best Timmy’s in red deer. I drive across town to come to this one!!!
Redeeming points on the app is the biggest rip off ever!
They double charged me. I noticed the following day.
Called the store.
Was told I’d get called back within 5min. They didn’t ask my name or number. So I had to tell them before they hung up, which indicated their lack of intent to call back.
Surprise, surprise, no call back.
Unfortunate, because you can’t see where you’re tapping or what the amount is during the drive through. Just a lame attempt at reaching the debit machine, followed by a blank look.
I actually dislike leaving negative reviews.
I just want my money back.

Love meeting friends, our new go to place. However, the dirtiest Tim Hortons I think as been in all. Definitely needs someone cleaning the tables and surrounding areas. In every day and things still same from day before so no one cleaning. Maybe have someone designated for cleaning. Staff very nice and food okay.

The bowls are SO yummy and the coffee is always fresh. Lucky to have a good Tim Hortons in this area

We came home from work. So we got 2 medium French vanillas, one large french vanilla and one small coffee. The thing is our all our french vanillas are half empty. This happens to me second time. When I called them and said about their mistake /fault they said they can give them only today. I said i can not come now i will come tomorrow. And he said no they can not. His name was Kristin..

Ordered sausage farmer’s wrap in the DT around 3pm, the hash-brown was hard like a rock. It was awful!!!

The larger Caucasian gentleman (term gentleman used loosely) with freckles and red-ish hair is terrible at his job. I think he might even be the supervisor. He places orders for product which this location does not have in stock. Then instead of dealing with it himself he lets the new hires handle it which is completely unfair to them when customer's are frustrated after he guaranteed they had the items for sale. This guy has also been rude to customers on multiple occasions and acts like he could care less about his job. He either needs customer service training or a new career path. PS - bring maple dip back

Very poor service like i have to repeat my order 10 times on window but they didn’t understand and they don’t have anything to eat like what i have ask they don’t have like seriously then what are they serving i came from Saskatchewan but man i highly don’t
