Love meeting friends, our new go to place. However, the dirtiest Tim Hortons I think as been in all. Definitely needs someone cleaning the tables and surrounding areas. In every day and things still same from day before so no one cleaning. Maybe have someone designated for cleaning. Staff very nice and food okay.

The bowls are SO yummy and the coffee is always fresh. Lucky to have a good Tim Hortons in this area

We came home from work. So we got 2 medium French vanillas, one large french vanilla and one small coffee. The thing is our all our french vanillas are half empty. This happens to me second time. When I called them and said about their mistake /fault they said they can give them only today. I said i can not come now i will come tomorrow. And he said no they can not. His name was Kristin..

Ordered sausage farmer’s wrap in the DT around 3pm, the hash-brown was hard like a rock. It was awful!!!

The larger Caucasian gentleman (term gentleman used loosely) with freckles and red-ish hair is terrible at his job. I think he might even be the supervisor. He places orders for product which this location does not have in stock. Then instead of dealing with it himself he lets the new hires handle it which is completely unfair to them when customer's are frustrated after he guaranteed they had the items for sale. This guy has also been rude to customers on multiple occasions and acts like he could care less about his job. He either needs customer service training or a new career path. PS - bring maple dip back

Very poor service like i have to repeat my order 10 times on window but they didn’t understand and they don’t have anything to eat like what i have ask they don’t have like seriously then what are they serving i came from Saskatchewan but man i highly don’t

Edit: I had reached out to head office same day it happened and was told the owner and/or general manager would be contacting me regarding this…. It still hasn’t happened.
ALSO the phone number the manager had given me to reach their store manager was the phone number for the wrong store!
Went there on Saturday my order was wrong, called in and was to stop in and they would remake it. Stopped today and once again it was made wrong! Went inside and asked to speak with a manager and was very frustrated. The lady I spoke with initially said she would remake it, I asked what they are going to rectify it as this was already a remake and we had to come back to have fixed AGAIN! She said she wasn’t a manager and would get me one, after I had already asked to speak with one. The manager was very dismissive and couldn’t be bother to stop taking drive thru orders to talk to me, offered no solutions for the inconvenience since it was “already free”. I asked for the owner to contact me and tried to give them my phone number was told absolutely not was given a phone number and was told this was for the general manager, when I called the phone number it was the store and was told she wasn’t there, had to ask for them to take my number to have them call them back.
They should start to care more about order accuracy and customer service then the service times in drive thru.
I did call head office and spoke with a lady named Kathy she was very understanding and listened to my concerns and is working with me to get in contact with someone who can rectify this issue.
Dietary restrictions: Not very friendly in regard to dietary restrictions, specifically lactose issues. You can order you meal without things but they always seem to put it on at this location. I recommend not leaving until you have checked everything.

Terrible service again. I order in clear English repeating the order, and item 3 times. At the window no greet just an expected tap. I ask for my items that I ordered and she says I didn’t order. I tell her I ordered it twice , you never confirmed my order, checked my order or told me the price and has the nerve to tell me to check before I tap to pay. Why does this location consistency hire people who don’t care about doing their job properly to listen to the radio. Wasted my time.

Asked for an egg and cheese farmer wrap and got after two bites, realized it was a bacon wrap. The employee who messed up my order, who was also the supervisor, told me I should've checked the screen even though there was nothing on the screen as they told me to go to the window. Even after explaining that bacon is strictly against my religion and how serious it is that they served me bacon, I got a ton of attitude. This Tim hortons always messes up my order and the employees need more customer service training. Don’t recommend this location at all.

I try to avoid this Tim's. This is the 3 time I been here.service is rude and food is not made to satisfaction. First time was roast beef cravable, it was awful and cold. This was a new sandwich at the time. Then old coffee and now I had to go to my bank close by so I took a chance. Yes rude service and decided to treat myself to a coffee and a Boston cream( mind you TREAT was the it for me as I just lost some good weight) well I can see the donut of my boston cream. It was see through chocolate. I wish I knew how to post it. The thing also is I got them to put it in a box so I could enjoy my chocolate on the donut rather then scrapping it off the bag. They need to put friendlier people taking your order.
My go to Tim hortons is on Thomlison. They are very friendly and food made with pride. They are sometimes busy so I have patience and it's well worth the dollar I am spending. If I am going to cheat on my weightloss I want my dam chocolate.
