I ordered two small chai tea triple-triple and five coconut Timbits, but they gave me two small steeve teas with no sugar, just milk/cream. This is not what I ordered at all. The service was very disappointing. It felt like they didn’t listen to my order, and the staff didn’t seem interested in fixing the mistake. Very rude speaking while taking order.

Very poor service experience overall.

I never had a bad experience at this store, the people are nice and food and coffee are good most of the time. The only thing I could complain about is the service time, sometimes they take too long on coming to the counter to take my order, I understand that it may be a busy place or dont have enough people but sometimes I need to go in and out quickly 😅

Slow workers as usual only drive through focused. Had to wait 10 minutes, I watched every worker just stand there like they had nothing to do. Then they kept trying to ask me to place an order even tho I had through the app. Went in at 8 and almost all donuts were tossed fair ig it’s not busy. Tried to get salt wedges and they’re sold out. Saw garlic bread got excited didn’t know it was sold out till I got there and ordered. They replaced it with 2 donuts. There were only 2 left. Also the fact the 1 outside door is locked 24/7 seems like it could be a hinderance to people in wheel chairs. Plus with how busy they are you can count on them not noticing to be able to help

Every day I pass this coffee shop before I go to work and I notice even its so busy sometimes you can still appreciate this people every morning because the way they gave serice with a smile on it its amazing I'm hoping some coffee shop workers like this also thank you so much to the leadership of your supervisor every morning I appreciate it a lot.

Why would i rate anything but 1 star.
The manager i met is terrible. The staff are rude.
Place was barely worth pooping in. Poop i did though. And flush i did not!
