Stopped here traveling from Calgary to Regina for 2 impossible whoppers with cheese and no tomato. Food took 15 minutes to get ready and whoppers had no cheese and tomatoes. When we went to pick it up from the counter it was on a tray instead of a to go bag. When we asked for it to go the woman working snapped at me that she was getting a bag. I would have left the crappy review if it was just the length of time it took to make the food or the order errors but the snappiness pushed the bad review over the edge.

worst experience ever.I ordered 1 mix n match chicken sandwich and they did nothing just 1 pair of bun and chicken tender in it thats all. There is no name of any kind of vegetable and the sandwich was cold they didn’t even think to microwave it. this is their customer service. I recommend never come to this location.

Went for lunch today got two whoppers meals and kid meal ended up getting parked first one of the lunch rush at 11:40 and sitting there watching them park 4 other cars after me and started to pile up at the entrance way. Was waiting about 15 min food finally get run out to all the cars but got ours last. If they tell you to park don’t do it they are just trying to save their drive thru times. I don’t mind waiting if food was going to be fresh but by the time we got our food parts of our meals were cold.

Couldn’t tell you the quality of this burger king as the workers closed the store half an hour early and when I tried the mobile order they refused it! I was going to feed my family of 7 but wasn’t able due to the workers incompetence. Could’ve made a decent chunk of change last night Burger King, hire better workers!!
