The staff was polite and my order was correct.Vegetarian options: They do have vegetable soups as well as sandwiches.Parking: They do have a few handicapped spots. semi's and rvs can park in the side of the road. Although it says no parking the police don't enforce it on larger vehicles and they frequent here a lot.Kid-friendliness: Although there is no play center here, children are frequently visiting here and quite liked by the other shoppers.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped spots as well as button doors and the bathrooms are equipped for wheel chairs”

“imagine this. wind is blowing the right way. it is 10 in the morning in downtown hat. you smell the most amazing smell from a block away. that amazing smell is country crumbs bakery. you walk in and are greeted by the most amazing ladies ever. the sweet rolls so good. the oreo doughnut omg good. “The coffee was great, the croissant was on the pricey side. $22 for two small americanos and a ham & cheese croissant. Once the tip was on it came to about $26. We were also taken back a little by the request for tips, yet our order was just called out. We were sitting right there, so it was a quick get up (not the end of the world) but when a request for tip is made, the least that is expected is a service to tip, know what I mean? If I wanted walk up coffee I would have just gone to Tim Hortons, where I don’t tip. And if it’s a matter of your employees making a liveable wage, perhaps they should be paid better.”

“Great atmosphere. Bagels were delicious. We were a little disappointed in the quality of bagel fillings compared to the price paid. ($28 for two bagels). We expected a little more than a slice of lettuce, a thinly sliced tomato, meat that looks like it came from a grocery store deli, and a sliver of cucumber.”

Better than the other main Indian food place in town, which surprised me. The naan is pure buttery goodness and the chicken korma was spectacular. We will be back...”

“Do not recommend! Refused to serve a family with a toddler. We waited at the door till 5 mins after the opening time before they finally opened the door and then told us they would not serve us as we had a toddler and they have no high chair. I said they used to have one and they said now it is broken. So I said that’s okay he can sit on my lap. They said no all the larger tables have reservations(there was not one person in the restaurant). I said that’s okay we can push the 2 smaller ones together and they still refused to serve us. It was just them making up one excuse after the other till we finally conceded and just left. It’s too bad because I’ve enjoyed their food in the past but the service has always been terrible.”

“I found this shop when I was in Medicine Hat this past May (2023). They were so accommodating allowing us flexibility to pick up our order. They froze our cheesecakes so well, the handled the trip back to Montana very well. Most importantly, everyone we served slices to LOVED their cheesecakes!! I'll be back in two weeks and already have my order in to bring home this trip! Thank you all so much!! You are the best!!”

This an exceptional family run franchise that welcomed you from the moment we opened the door.They were very succinct in explaining the way things work, what was 'dippable' and what was stock.We had a raspberry swirl cheesecake with salted caramel drizzle (they added a complimentary dark fleur de sel because I missed seeing it on the options), a chocolate shake, dipped vanilla cone in a cup.
