This was probably the worst Chinese food I have ever had, the batter on the egg role was so thick that it was still raw close to the centre, the ginger beef did not even taste like ginger beef, very little beef, mostly onions and peppers, the beef & broccoli just tasted like sesame oil, was way overpowering and that was the most pathetic chicken fried rice I have ever had, the wife and I paid our bill and left our plates there basically untouched, will never be back.

This was my favorite place for Chinese food, 7-8 years ago when I lived in The Hat. I hadn't had it since, just ordered online tonight and ohhhhh man am I a happy foodie right now!! The Hot & Sour soup is delicious, as is the rest of the menu to be honest! I also tried out the Honey Shrimp with Walnuts for the first time....YUM!! Thank you Sizzling House for being clearly very consistent over the years!! I will be recommending this spot to anyone and everyone I know either living here, soon-to-be moving here, or just traveling through!

We go here often. The owner is the nicest man ever. The food is top quality and VERY reasonably priced. Beautiful atmosphere. I highly suggest the dine in experience. We love this place. <3

Excellent food and service, was there this June 2025. Very friendly service!! I highly recommend this spot if you are hungry and stopping through Redcliff. Easy access from the highway as well.

Before the batter was nice and light now it's heavy and full of grease. Vegetables good bit batter has changed and is like Broadway which is why I don't use them. Change back and give quality
