Staff was rude. Had closed washrooms 🚻 both men and women for supposedly cleaning for over 45 minutes at exactly 11:15 AM. Was told it will be done in 5 minutes but took exactly 45 minutes when the cleaner had to go off for lunch or off duty.
Parking: Should have more facility for 🚻.... one stall and one urinal isn't enough when you are located on a busy highway.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Tim Hortons location, but my experience has been consistently disappointing. Every time I order coffee and ask for extra sugar, they never follow through with my request. It’s frustrating to have to repeat myself and still not get what I asked for. Even, the quality of the food is often subpar. Many times, the items I receive are stale, which is unacceptable for a place that prides itself on fresh offerings. Overall, the lack of attention to customer requests and the poor quality of food have made my visits here quite unpleasant. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works on improving their service.

Been in here at 00:15 in the morning. Staff was friendly, coffee fresh and tasty and the croissants good and fresh as well. Didn't use WC, so no comment about them. Only reason not to give 5 stars: they didnt roll out the red carpet for me.🤣🤣🤣

This location is always clean and have a lot of food items available all the time. Washrooms never smell bed and siting area always look tidy and clean. If you are a truck driver, This is the last on road location before calgary. Parking is not a problem at night.

Today around 4:00pm I ordered coffee and steep tea with 3 sugar. A short white guy with piercing in ears didn’t put any sugar in drinks because I told them why you guys taking so long to take an order. If they are angry they can do anything with your food or drinks. I don’t even sure what has done with my food. I have took a sip and asked that there is no sugar inside. But another steep tea was for my father when I came back to car he also said there is no sugar inside and it doesn’t taste as usual. Is this allowed in Tim Hortons?
