The lady was incompetent, messing up the order as we were taking it. Gentleman ahead of us walked out as well as the lineup in store was being ignored for drive thru. We also ended up walking out after the lady taking our order hasn't understanding our simple order.

Too many times have I gone through the drive through and was not given the correct order and it's frustrating not finding out until I'm at work. Today is the last day I'm putting up with that because I ordered a sausage English muffin and a stepped tea and was given a bacon English muffin and a coffee. Have the staff do better and pay attention to the order.

I just order a Steep tea and Bagel from this tim hortons. I told them to add butter on my bagel and toast it i guess they didn’t t even listen to me once i hit the road i open up my food and saw they put the bagel as it is not even cut it into two parts and there is no butter and it wasn’t even toasted. This is not the first time tim hortons services are getting poor day by day. I tried to call them to let them know but they never answered the call. There were bunch of people working inside and it wasn’t even busy at that time next time please listen to the customer and give them the order what they paid for don’t customise the customer order by yourself

I order my beverages with honey so that the risk of getting sweetener is reduced. I am livid that not only have you guys screwed this up you also won’t correct it.
