2 out of 3 times here I've received paper thin, dark, dry, almost burnt patties on burgers. (Junior bacon and Dave's Double) Showed pics to a friend who worked at Wendy's and they said it looked like they're serving Chili Meat. That means they're reheating and serving old patties that are past their prime serving time. If I had more time to park, go in, and deal with a refund/new product I would've. Redcliff Wendy's is as crappy as the Dunmore one. Cutting corners to save/make more money. ? If I return, I will not let it slide again.

My patties were burnt and my burger was dry, I also didn't get a sauce or utensils for my salad. The service wasn't very good, I was interrupted 3 times while trying to place my order.

It's a Wendy's, so the food is food. I'm just so disappointed in this location and will be surprised if they stay open. There's been multiple times walking in and no one is at the tills. I wait because I don't want to be rude, and no one comes out. So I leave. Every time I'm in the drive-through, I'm asked to pull around to the side door to wait. Not sure what's wrong with this location, but I'll be avoiding it until I see improvement.

Not happy. 4th time I have been here but always getting bad service with the Indian lady thin and long hair. I didn’t see her name but I think M? I told her that I want my chicken sandwich without mayo but what did I get????! Instead of apologizing just walked away. I remember her face from somewhere. I bought cigarettes and same thing. Ughhh
