I have lived in the area for over 9 years now and regret that I have never been here before the last couple of months. This has been the best experience I have had for service and food anywhere in the area, and that is a really hard choice with the great options we have around. The couple times we have been here over the last while, the service has been well beyond what I would typically expect from anywhere, and the food was amazing! I was happily surprised by both the food and the service. This is my new go-to in Redwater

Noticed since they re-opened that most of the food hasn't been as good as before, some stuff was ok, nothing to write home about. Recently been noticing they are going downhill fast but have still tried supporting them as they are local, although this time I had to finally say something. A couple of days ago I ordered 2 poutines and a Club Sandwich with fries and gravy. First problem is that I was given no gravy or cutlery. Next was that the food was cold and the portion sizes were tiny, example, I literally counted the (cold) fries with the club sandwich, there were 16... really, 16!!?? Next was both poutines had maybe 2 tablespoons worth of gravy, literally not enough to even coat half of the fries. And finally, the club sandwich had what looked to be 1 strip of bacon and about 2 heaping teaspoons of ham and chicken, was dry as hell and the bread was stale. Before you ask, yes I called the owner, but was told he was busy and if I could call back, so I walked down to the restaurant and when I got there, I was asked by the waitress if I was the one that called with a complaint, clearly because I was walking to the restaurant with to-go containers in my hands. She said that the owner was still busy but of course when I walked in, she decided to just continue her smoke break and literally never even acknowledged me at all afterwards. Nice, I feel very appreciated. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I brought the issues with him (Jurgen) directly. After I brought up all issues respectfully, I was told well, that's just how we make the sandwich. I again said, well there was no gravy on the poutine, the food was cold, there was like a dozen fries that came with the sandwich and like 1 slice of bacon on it. Again he says, well, that's just how we make the sandwich. Clearly has no interest in dealing with valid complaints. Great customer service pal. No wonder the only people that frequent this place are drunks and gambling addicts. Good luck with closure number 2, coming soon to a Redwater dive bar near you! ;) Conclusion: This.place sucks, find somewhere else to eat.

Best steak and egg breakfast will go nowhere else again. Service was fantastic Thank you so much!!!!!

We ordered some wings and a large meat lovers pizza for ‘pick up.’ Omg!! This is exactly how pizza should be! Cheesy, layered with all kinds of meat, and honestly the most generous and tastiest pizza we’ve had in a long time.
It’s been 3 days and we’re just finishing it tonight. I couldn’t even finish 2 pieces; it’s loaded. I wish we’d known about this place when we first moved here; we’d have saved a lot of time and money. Best pizza EVER!

Went for wing night only 2 others in place . Place is run down, menues were sticky and dirty. Went to order wing told they were out of some flavors and dipping sauce. Placed our order and atleast 5 minutes later waitress comes back and says we can't order that many so we reduce our order another 20 minutes or so goes buy and nothing then we start getting this fowl smell of burnt grease and almost rotten meat and were not even close to sitting near kitchen.
